Wonderwall by Oasis
Adding another song to my song book. When you break it down this actually looks pretty simple. It's really all about the strumming. This guys breaks down the strumming in a way that helps you build slowly up to the pace of the song. Good stuff.

Surfer's Code by Shaun Tomson
A fantastic look into the mind of one of surfing's finest ambassadors. I had the pleasure of meeting Shaun at the Groundswell Society's Surfing, Arts, Sciences and Issues Conference in 2007 when he gave a presentation about an epic session he had down at J-Bay with Kelly Slater. It's nice to find a guy in the limelight that really does walk the walk...

""Over the last 37 years, I have traveled and surfed many of the world's best waves and have surfed with many of the world's greatest surfers. Some very special surfers have a unique connection with the ocean and a sense of how they fit into the universe. I have taken pieces of wisdom from these surfers, and other people, and have used them throughout my surfing life." "Hopefully, you may find these thoughts useful too.""

Rocket Surgery Made Easy
With an endorsement like this from Joel Spolsky himself, I'd be hard pressed to find a legitimate reason not to buy this book. Especially since my company (http://www.meetingsense.com) is moving into a usability phase right now...

Where it all started...
For some time now I've been interested in fitness and healthy eating. Being a surfer and fan of Laird's (putting it mildly...) I finally picked up his book. It was just the kick in the ass I needed to really dial in my nutrition and get serious about my fitness. I highly recommend this book to anyone that's interested in living a full life. It's a quick read and a lot of what he says, including his outlook on life, just makes sense.

Dr. King's Letter from a Birmingham City Jail
Remarkable letter from an even more remarkable man. I share Tim's thoughts on how skillfully he acknowledged then deconstructed each of the points brought up by the clergymen...

Primal Blueprint - Big Ass Salad
Mark Sisson shows how to make his 2 minute salad in a video. While it doesn't show the prep time it takes to cut the veggies up and have them immediately available... it does look damn tasty.
